These Limited Edition mini-sessions are the perfect opportunity to create family heirlooms to decorate your home for the holidays, get your Christmas cards done, and order photo gifts for your favorite family members. Bring the whole family and wear your formal Christmas clothes or your Christmas jammies! Either of those options will go great with the sets this year. If you want to do BOTH formal clothes and Christmas pajamas, book TWO time slots back to back in order to allow time for changing.

Final Galleries will be delivered within 72 HOURS of your session to ensure time for ordering holiday cards and prints.

Studio: Sixth City Studio, Cleveland OH (exact address and suite number sent upon booking)

HOW MUCH:

TREE FARM: $350

CHRISTMAS STUDIO: $300

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Session fee includes 15 minutes of session time AND 5 digital images of your choice per time slot booked (if you book two time slots, you'll receive 10 images, etc). If you end up falling in love with more than 5 photos after viewing your proof gallery, that's okay too! Additional images will be $75/each OR $200 for the full gallery.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Christmas mini sessions are always a hit, we have so much fun with each family! If you've worked with me before, you know I work FAST and we always get plenty of pictures doing our mini sessions! We always start your session with some traditional "smile and look at the camera" photos, then move into introducing some fun prompts to get your family and kiddos genuinely connecting. I always end the session by allowing the kiddos to have a couple minutes to play, tickle, and be wild which always results in the sweetest photos :) Parents can participate in the session as much or as little as they want.

BOOKING:

Mini Session Agreement

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed 15 minutes of shooting time with an addition 5 minutes to get into the study and settled (20 minutes total).

CANCELLATION/NONREFUNDABLE SESSION FEE: Client agrees to pay the session fee & processing fee in full at booking. Client understands and agrees that Photographer is foregoing other employment by entering into this agreement to secure the Client’s session time on the Photographer’s calendar, and therefore, also agrees and understands that the paid session fee is nonrefundable. 

PHOTOGRAPHER ILLNESS OR WEATHER: If mini sessions are canceled due to Photographer's illness or inclement weather, Photographer will immediately schedule makeup dates, with no additional charge to Client. If Client is unable to attend makeup dates, Client will be credited with 1 holiday themed mini session to be used before December 23rd, 2026.

COOPERATION: Client agrees to arrive to session 10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. This ensures everyone is ready to go at the start of your session.

COUNTERPARTS/ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: This Agreement is to be signed via electronic means, which will be fully binding as an original signature. 

PROOFING AND FINAL IMAGES: Photos will be delivered within 72 hours of session date to ensure enough time for Holiday Card orders. After the session date, approximately 20-25 custom-edited photos will be available in an online, password-protected gallery. Here, you will be able to choose your final 5 images. Additional images may be purchased for $75/image or $200 for the full gallery. Client agrees and understands that Photographer, in her sole artistic discretion, decides which images taken during the session will be edited and presented in the Client’s proof gallery; not all images taken during the session will be presented to the Client if deemed unusable (blinks, out of focus, etc).

PAY IN FULL -

Payment in full is to be collected below to book your session. Total charges include: your selected session fee + $15 processing fee. Payments are processed securely directly through SQUARE.
